Heat pump selection, sizing, and installation tailored for Romanian climates. Specified and installed for the Romanian climate — we work with manufacturers whose systems perform reliably below -15°C and whose technical support matches our standards.

Plumbing Systems
DHW, and full sanitary rough-in designed as one coherent system. Underfloor heating distribution built on Blanke System (Germany) — specified for precision, longevity, and verified thermal performance.

Zehnder is our ventilation partner of choice. Their ComfoAir systems are specified, installed, and commissioned by our own team — not handed off to a subcontractor.

The utility spine.

All mechanical services — heat pump, boiler, HRV, manifolds, controls — pre-assembled as a single unit in our workshop. The spine itself is installed in under an hour. Phase 1 rough-in for a full 200m² house complete in 5 days. Tested before handover. Monitored after.

Pre-assembled off-site. Fabricated and tested in our workshop before arriving at your build — fewer errors, faster installation, no delays waiting on subcontractors.
Single-day mechanical install. Because every component is pre-positioned and pre-piped, Phase 1 rough-in for a 200m² house is complete in 5 days.
Professional handover with documentation. You receive as-built drawings, system parameters, and a commissioning report — not just a working system, but one you can understand.
Remote monitoring ready. Connected systems allow us to verify performance after move-in and catch any issues before they become problems.
